Who is ‘hotfoot’ and
what does it represent?
In trinidad & TObago, if someone says ‘YOu have hotfoot!’,
it means that you can’t stay in one place for too long. Maybe you’re always on the move, Always on the go or maybe you travel often.
I’ve been called this before I fully understood the meaning. I fully embraced this term and name with my running journey, the travels it has inspired and my spirit of being active, whether that be on the pavement or the dance floor.
.
What does
‘holistic with hotfoot’
mean?
holistic with hotfoot is the merging of movement and stillness;
stillness of mind, body and soul in order to support the entire experience of one’s journey with the pavement
